To apply for the card, all you need is your personal ID.
Simply submit a card issuance request through our app and once your request is approved you can receive your card from one of our hubs.
You can pick up your card from the nearest Card Collection Hub to you. All locations are available on the app for you to choose from. All you need to do is present your National ID and to sign the “Know Your Customer” document at the hub through our representative there.
- Scan the Code on your Card Package
- From “My Card” page, click “activate”
- Enter the last 4 digits on your Card
- Enter the activation code on the back of your card.

- Press “Freeze Card”.
